Eyes On Technology can provide a wide range of hardware support services in many technologies. Whether you need installation of a new office network or temporary support for a single home-based business, we have a plan to fill your needs. From Hourly Rates, Full Support Rates that include full systems support, to Contract Rates that offer a fixed amount of service at prices bellow our Hourly Rates; we have a package that is right for you. Service Support Rates

Eyes On Technology does not believe in contracts. We feel that if we are not doing a good job and not saving you money that you should be able to get rid of us as your provider without notice and without financial penalties. We usually recommend hourly rates but we can customize a contract for your specific needs and requirements if you prefer a contract. We will do a full assessment of your systems and your requirements. We will then formulate and action plan to resolve current issues and plan for proper on-going Managed Technologies Maintenance and Services. Typically these plans offer a minimum number of guaranteed hours at a rate lower that our regular hourly rates. Our Service Support Plans are designed to give you all your computer service needs and time to do properly scheduled maintenance. Please call and arrange for a quote on Contract Support Rates.

Full Support Rates

Eyes On Technology offers three levels of comprehensive full support rates; Bronze, Silver and Gold. Prices vary based on individual needs, requirements and size of network. Please call and arrange for a quote on Full Support Rates.

Bronze level support: Includes all phone in, Remote Assistance & Remote Desktop Support and and on-site support during normal business hours - defined as Monday through Friday (non-holidays) from 8:00am until 5:00pm. *See complete Bronze service level definition for additional detail and problem resolution targets.

Silver level support: Includes all phone in, Remote Assistance & Remote Desktop Support and on-site support during extended business hours - defined as Monday through Saturday (non-holidays) from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm. *See complete Silver service level definition for additional detail and problem resolution targets.

Gold level support: Provides the highest level of support offered by Eyes On Technology. Under a Gold level support plan, we are available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week (including holidays) and includes all phone in, Remote Assistance & Remote Desktop Support and on-site support. *See complete Gold service level definition for additional detail and problem resolution targets.

Additional Benefits to ‘Full’ and ‘Contract’
Support Clients

- Full and Contract Support clients get rates lower than our standard hourly rates.

- Full and Contract Support clients get preferred rates on all other services.

- Full and Contract Support clients get a preferred “Home Support” rate for all their employees.

Hourly Rates

Hourly rates are available to everyone on an as needed basis. All rates are subject to a minimum and could include travel time. Please call.
